FORGET YOUR OWN SADNESS

Forget your own sadness by creating a little happiness for others. When you are good to others, you are best to yourself. Shift your attention away from what is making you unhappy, try making others happy even in the least way: paying attention to their own needs, giving and even in just listening and encouraging them.. The more you do this the happier you become.
